JOURNAL BEARINGS

RMT Motors engineering specializes in production of
journal bearings. This is our major product group. We
are able to manufacture high precision bearings with
every type of layer configuration, bore profile and
construction. Our lining materials are manufactured and
tested to the highest OEM standards.

Combining different layers is very advantageous for both performance and reliability of the bearing.

coated pins for planetary gearboxes.

  • In 2010, externally coated pins have been introduced as journal bearings for planetary gearboxes. This solution serves as an alternative technology to roller bearings and is especially popular in wind turbines. RMT Motors Engineering manufactures externally coated pins in various configurations.

RMT Motors Engineering specializes in production of
thin wall multilayer bearings. We are able to
manufacture bearings with every type of layer
configuration.

In order to achieve the highest performance, bearing can be composed of many layers of materials. Such construction may enhance the load capacity upto 30%.

LABYRINTH SEALS AND OIL DEFLECTORS

RMT manufactures labyrinth seals and oil deflectors for

variety of applications.

Standard parts for gas turbines including GE, Siemens, Westinghouse, Solar and Hitachi. We also manufacture seals and oil deflectors for large gearboxes such as Flender and Flender Graffenstaden. Replacement parts are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
